Music Today

I was standing at the bustop the other day....it was absolutely pouring down with rain..the bus shelter was packed as everyone tried to stay dry..fortunately I had a big old umbrella..so i was cool..a short guy, slightly drunk, decided to come and stand next to me and asked if he could share my umbrella..not wanting to looking 'heightist' cos this dude was very short i said yes..he started talking to me about music today and how shit it is..how the kid of today have no idea about 'real' music..of course me being me had to disagree on principle..even tho i did in fact disagree with him..i feel that becos music is much more accessible today than it has ever been...not only are the kids exposed to much more music than they have ever been exposed to but they are discovering music from ALL over the world and actually listening to it...how cool is that...!!

my point being that a lot of music today has very strong influences not only from the past but also from global sources as well lots of different genres..thats the good music i'm talking about LOL
