The Golden Ratio & divine proportions...

Hidden amongst the artwork on the sleeve for the new Zaza album is The Flower of Life. Sacred Geometry indeed - this symbol forms the basis for music, as the distances between the spheres is identical to the distances between the tones and the half tones in music. Apparently.

I've been listening to Sacred Geometry for a week now. When Danny Taylor sings "I don't know where I've gone" I know how he feels...this is teleportation music of the Highest Order. It's lush, it's full, yet there's space. It doesn't overpower - it somehow transports.

Jennifer P. Fraser is the latest kind soul to enter our Nuclear Bunker & bring along her 5 most treasured albums & explain why.

We had a quick chat with Jennifer to find out what's on the cards now Sacred Geometry has recently been released & here's what she told us:

"Apart from feeling like we're dodging earthquakes & hurricanes, now "Sacred Geometry" is out, we are planning an attack and playing shows.

We are still going through the process of figuring out how to demonstrate what we've created into a live form."

Soon, Sacred Geometry -live.

What an experience it promises to be.

First up, 3 from Zaza then onto Jennifer's choices...

"My choices""

David Bowie - Low.

"Bowie has such a place in my heart, musically, aesthetically and of course, romantically. The album is a swimming marriage between daunting eroticism and cropping technology. But really, 'Sometimes you just get so lonely.' "

The Cure -Kiss me, Kiss me.

"Firstly, this album kicks off with a song over 6 minutes. It's a wink in itself. The whole record can be played in any atmosphere and it's always good company. My mother had the tape in her red sports car and we would listen to it incessantly. It just bleeds nostalgia."

The Black Ryder - Buy The Ticket, Take The Ride.

"This record is imbued with blood, tears and broken hearts/bones, and it echos those very reveries. It's one of those records that is peppered with all the right things- sonics, honesty, vampirism, tenderness, violence; and moreover, healthy God damned good song writing."

Primal Scream - Evil Heat.

"Evil Heat has always had and forever will, me vertical off the floor. It's unsentimental and unapologetic, yet has a allure. Many years ago, I had a fellow approach me and say, "Im in Primal Scream, Bobby wanted me to tell you that you're a class act.' I thanked him after I fainted."

Serena Maneesh - No.2.

"This record is born out of a bat cave heart and it's equally as distrustful. It's just beautiful in an unusual way. Ayisha Abyss is a groove without groove, challenging and besotting. Also, S-M are Nordic Viking Elves and should be treated as such."

Jennifer, thanks for your time & giving us your choices. & for giving us some Viking Nordic Elves too! Now they are definitely new to the Bunker...

Good luck with the tour & thank you for Sacred Geometry.
