Our programmes range from short weekend courses to full 3-year degrees and include tuition in Audio Engineering, Live Sound Engineering, Post Production Audio , Electronic Music Production, Video Production and Radio Production.

SSR's September Open Day is an event is designed to give you an overview of our courses and an opportunity to view our first class facilities and meet the team.
What's Happening on the day?
There will be regular tours of SSR facilities with demos and workshops by our tutors and current students giving an overview of all our courses. These will include Music Production, Sound for Film & TV, Music & Video editing and filming demonstrations.

If you would like an individual consultation or informal chat with one of our senior managers, please ask your tour guide to show you to the main office. How can I enrol for an SSR course?
If you would like to enrol on any of our courses, please visit the Main Office where a member of staff will be happy to assist you.
How long are the tours?
The scheduled tour will take around an hour and a half, with each demo lasting approx 15 minutes. In addition to the main tour, there are also drop-in sessions by our students which you may view at your own convenience.
If you only wish to see a particular member of staff or cannot stay for the whole tour, please make this known to a member of staff so that we can direct your enquiry to the right person.
Where and when do the tours start?
Tours commence every half hour from 11am - 2.30pm in the Green Room. This is located next to reception on the ground floor.
